Our Gi-MAX, Gi-LINX and Gi-FLEX lines can offer the rural environment high spectral selectivity, capacities up to 250 Mb/s and protocol support in Internet Protocol, Wi-MAX, STM-1 and T1/E1. For ultra broadband needs our Gi-CORE line can inject Gigabit Ethernet into the rural landscape. • GigaBeam’s Gigabit Ethernet Gi-CORE products (1.25 Gb/s duplex) are used to create the middle mile/backhaul of a rural broadband network;
• GigaBeam’s Gi-FLEX (up to 250 Mb/s duplex with flexible protocol support) is used to extend the middle mile to reach longer distances;
• GigaBeam’s Gi-LINX products (100 Mb/s IP access point-to-point and point-to-multipoint) are used to access multiple local facilities, such as buildings in a township or to provide lower capacity links to remote sites such as school and public safety buildings;
• GigaBeam’s Gi-MAX (802.16d/Wi-MAX) provides point-to-multipoint building access, such as in a neighborhood;
